Students verify their enrolment through a student-verification service; the key-worker tier covers active military, veterans, first responders, teachers and healthcare staff. In both cases you confirm eligibility once, then the discount is applied to your account rather than typed in.

How the verification actually works

You’ll be routed to a short check — a student email, an enrolment record, or a service-and-role confirmation for key workers. It takes a minute or two, and once you clear it the discount attaches automatically at checkout. Do the verification on desktop if a mobile attempt stalls; that fixes most bounced checks.

The conditions that trip people up

Three catches cause almost every failure. First, it’s full-price only — clearance and vault bottles are excluded. Second, it won’t stack with a separate coupon code, so you pick the verified 15% or a code, not both. Third, verification can lapse and need re-doing. Check your items are regular price and your status is current before you assume the discount will land.

Is 15% always the best you can do?

Not necessarily. On a big multi-bottle order a bulk tier can beat a flat 15%, and a clearance bottle already priced below full can beat it outright. Treat the verified discount as one strong option among several: price your cart with it, then price it with a bundle or a vault find, and take whichever total is lower.
